We have chosen to have our wedding ceremony and seated dinner as a small and more intimate affair, followed by a wedding reception and party with a larger but still limited guest list. Our wedding will be in Wheatland, California in April 2025. The reception and party will have a focus of togetherness, fun, and love - we cannot wait to celebrate with you! We ask that you arrive at the reception between 5:30 and 6:00pm, as Olivia and David's entrance and first dance will be at 6:00pm. We are providing finger foods, beer, wine, champagne, seltzers, and non alcoholic beverages for the reception celebration and would greatly appreciate your RSVP on our wedding website. Yes - please RSVP here on our website by March 19. RSVPs are editable until the requested due date, and you can find it by looking up your name under the "RSVP" section at the top of this page. All invited members of your family or group will pop up. Please do not bring additional guests as we are keeping our wedding day limited. We want to make sure we save you a seat and can pour you a drink!

Thank you for asking! We are requesting cocktail attire. The overall ambiance and theme of the ceremony and reception will be a romantic garden party, so wearing colorful clothing is encouraged! Suit pants and dress shirts for men and cocktail dresses or jumpsuits for women are suggested. The weather in Wheatland in April is typically in the low 70s during the day, cooling at night.

There is parking available on-site at our venue, but please keep in mind that no cars can be left overnight. If you want to indulge in some alcoholic beverages, please plan to Uber/Lyft in AND out. We will not be providing transportation as our ceremony and reception will be taking place in the same location. The address of the venue is: 3579 Hokan Lane, Wheatland Hills, CA 95692. Using maps apps to "The Barn at Wheatland Hills" with this address will provide you with two entrance options. The preferred entrance option that is paved is via Camp Far West Road. We will have the entrances marked!

We are getting married on an expansive property with pavilions, patios, and a barn. Being that it is outdoors, there may be dirt, dust, wind, or insects. There are farm animals on the property - please do not go up to them or touch them as it violates our venue contract. Please only park where directed, and please do not leave your car overnight as there is a fine. Thank you!

Um, ALWAYS! For the reception, we will be serving finger foods family-style and we will be providing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We will try to label the dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions. There will not be a sit-down/catered/plated meal at our wedding reception.

Yes, we are allowing kiddos at our reception as our combined family is full of littles - you'll see them included in the list of attendees under your RSVP. That being said, we fully support you if you'd like to get a babysitter and leave them at home for our celebration! It's up to you if you want to be on parent duty at our wedding. We will have coloring pages and juice boxes. The venue has specifically asked that we stay away from the farm animals on the property, so just a heads up for the tiny hands!

Yep! Your support of our marriage is already a gift, but should you feel inclined to give beyond that we ask that you do so by helping us take our dream honeymoon. We will be leaving for the Caribbean the week after our wedding. (Don't worry, we will send pics.) Please check out the registry tab on our website - we are so excited.
